Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled at JalTrack.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only for unused or defective products purchased directly from JalTrack. Subscription-based IoT services may have separate refund guidelines.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items such as custom installations, activated IoT devices, and services that have already been provisioned are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Process
Once a refund request is submitted, our team verifies the purchase details and validates eligibility. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase unless the product has already been shipped or installation has been scheduled.
